Hi I'm Dr. Demetria Springfield Banks, aka "Dr. Dee!" I love what I do - helping people move forward and overcome mental, spiritual and emotional challenges that for too long prevented them from living their life to the fullest.

I'm the founder and CAO of DSB Life Solutions, LLC, a limited liability corporation that specializes in helping you do just that. Whether it's through one of my books, speaking engagements, masterclasses, or even prayer I believe that you can be helped and blessed in many ways.

I have over fifteen years of experience helping others achieve their personal goals.  The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth, healing and breakthrough by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing tools (both psychological and spiritual) to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals. Helping you live your best life is my passion! It's one of my motivations each day!
